1. What this policy covers
1.1 This policy covers tickets bought from ConcertDome Inc. through our own ticketing service for events at our venues, including events we present with or for another company.
1.2 ConcertDome shows are the concert programs we present under the ConcertDome name. Other events are anything else sold through our service, such as private events, film screenings, or events presented at our venues by or partnership with someone else; the event page says when something is not a ConcertDome show. This policy applies to both, except where it says otherwise.
1.3 We are the venue, the presenter and the seller, so the commitments in this policy are ours alone.
1.4 Tickets bought through a previous ticketing provider, before we brought ticketing in house, are governed by the terms they were sold under and cannot be transferred or scanned by our service. Email team@concertdome.co for help with one.
2. Change of mind
2.1 Whether a ticket can be refunded for a change of mind is at our discretion and is set show by show. Where a show offers refund to credit, the show page and checkout say so. The cutoff is the time, set per show and shown at checkout and in your account, after which refunds to credit and transfers close; every show has one for transfers, whether or not it offers refund to credit. If we move a show, we may set a new cutoff for transfers and will show it at checkout and in your account.
2.2 For a show that offers it, you may refund any ticket to ConcertDome credit at any time before the cutoff, for any reason, from the order page linked in your order email, or your account. The credit is the full amount you paid for that ticket, including sales tax, and it lands in your balance immediately.
2.3 For a show that does not offer refund to credit, there is no refund for a change of mind.
2.4 After the cutoff, tickets are not refundable for a change of mind, including illness, travel problems, bad weather, or a change of plans. We do not promise exceptions. Sections 5 and 6 (cancellation and postponement by us) still apply.
2.5 Refunds for a change of mind are paid only as credit, not in cash or to your card.
3. ConcertDome credit
3.1 Credit never expires and carries no fees.
3.2 Credit can be spent on any ConcertDome show sold through our service. It cannot be used for other events unless the event page says so. At checkout, if you are signed in, your credit balance is applied to your order before your card is charged, unless you choose otherwise. If the order costs more than your balance, you pay the difference. If it costs less, the rest stays in your balance.
3.3 Credit is not cash, cannot be transferred or sold, and is not redeemable for cash except where the law requires or as section 3.5 provides.
3.4 If you refund a ticket that you bought with credit, the refund is credit. If we cancel a show for which you paid with credit, the credit portion returns to your balance and any card portion returns to your card.
3.5 Your credit remains owed to you if your account is closed, whether by you or by us and for whatever reason. We will tell you how to claim it, or, where we closed the account, refund it to your original payment method where we can. Where the law treats an unused balance as unclaimed property, we will report and remit it to the state as the law requires, and you may then claim it from the state.
3.6 If we stop presenting shows on which your credit can be used, we will refund your remaining balance to your original payment method where we can, or tell you how to claim it.
3.7 Your balance and its history are shown in your account.
4. Exchanges
4.1 There is no separate exchange. For a show that offers refund to credit, refund the ticket you have before the cutoff and buy the ticket you want; the credit is applied at checkout. Refunding a ticket does not hold anything, so if the show you want is nearly full, buy it first.
5. If we cancel a show
5.1 If we cancel a show, or a single session of a show, we refund the price you paid for the affected tickets, including sales tax, to the payment method you paid with, within 30 days. You do not need to ask. We will email everyone holding a ticket to the canceled session.
5.2 If you paid partly or wholly with credit, the credit portion returns to your credit balance.
5.3 This applies whether we cancel by choice or because of something outside our control, such as severe weather, a power failure, an order of a public authority, or a performer's illness.
5.4 A refund of the price is the only remedy for a cancellation. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, parking, childcare or any other arrangement you made around a show.
6. If we move a show
6.1 If we move a show or a session to a new date, or to a new time on the same date, your ticket is automatically valid for the new date and time. We will email everyone holding a ticket.
6.2 If you cannot attend the new date, you may ask us for a refund within 14 days after our notice. Whether to grant a refund is at our discretion. If we grant it, we refund the price you paid, including sales tax, to your original payment method or to credit, as we choose. If you do not ask within 14 days, your ticket stays valid for the new date and is not refundable.
7. Changes that are not a cancellation
7.1 We may change the performers, the program, the running order, the seating layout, or the venue within the same city. These changes are not a cancellation (a change of date or start time is handled under section 6). Your ticket stays valid and no refund is owed. Where the show offers refund to credit and the cutoff has not passed, you may still refund to credit under section 2.
8. If you do not attend
8.1 If you do not attend, or arrive after the session you bought, no refund or credit is owed. Admission to another session is at our staff's discretion and is never guaranteed.
9. Your ticket works like cash
9.1 The QR code is the ticket. At the door we scan it; a valid, unused code is admitted. One scan, one admission; a scanned code is spent.
9.2 Losing your phone does not lose your ticket. It is in your order email and your account.
9.3 Anyone who presents your code first is admitted. If someone else uses your code, we cannot admit you and we do not refund you. Do not post your code or send screenshots. If you are giving a ticket to someone, transfer it.
10. Transferring a ticket
10.1 Transfer a ticket from the order page linked in your order email, or your account. A transfer is an invitation: your ticket stays yours until the recipient accepts, and you may cancel it before then. When they accept, they receive a fresh code and your old code stops working, including any screenshot of it.
10.2 Once a transfer is accepted, the ticket belongs to the recipient. A transferred ticket cannot be refunded by the recipient. The buyer may ask us to refund that ticket under section 2; if we do, the transferred ticket is canceled and the refund goes to the buyer as credit.
10.3 You may not charge more than you paid for the ticket. Where the law of the show's location permits, tickets transferred or resold for profit or for a commercial purpose may be canceled without refund.
10.4 Transfers close at the cutoff shown at checkout and in your account.
11. Chargebacks
11.1 Our charge appears on your statement as CONCERTDOME. If you do not recognize a charge or something is wrong with your order, contact us first.
11.2 If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer and the dispute is decided against us, the tickets paid for by that charge are canceled and will be refused at the door, whether or not you still intend to come. We may also refuse future orders from the card, the account or the person involved.
11.3 This does not affect a charge you genuinely did not authorize. If someone used your card without your permission, tell us and tell your bank.
12. Fraud and abuse
12.1 If we reasonably suspect that an order is fraudulent or was paid for with a stolen card, we may cancel the order and the tickets and refund the card that was charged, without notice and without explaining what we saw.
12.2 Tickets bought or used in breach of the Terms of Service, including by bots, over a purchase limit, or for resale, may be canceled. Over-limit and bot-assisted orders are refunded at the price paid for the tickets, including sales tax; tickets resold for profit, where the law of the show's location permits, are canceled without refund.
12.3 If you are refused entry or removed for a reason listed in the Terms of Service, your ticket is not refunded.
13. How to ask for something
13.1 Refunds to credit and transfers are self-service from the order page linked in your order email, or your account.
13.2 For anything else, email team@concertdome.co or message us from your account.
14. Changes to this policy
14.1 We may update this policy as section 26 of the Terms of Service provides. The version in effect when you bought a ticket is the version that applies to that ticket. The cutoff and the refund-to-credit setting shown at checkout when you bought are the ones that apply to you.
