The short version, which is not part of the policy: To sell you a ticket we need your email address and a payment, and we never see your full card number. We run our own analytics, and we work with advertising, marketing and other partners who may use cookies and similar tools on our site and receive information about your visits and purchases. Some state laws call this a "sale" or "sharing," and you can opt out of what we send from our servers by email or with a Global Privacy Control signal at checkout. We do not share your information with promoters or sponsors unless a show is produced with another company, and then only what is needed to run that show. You can ask us what we hold, correct it, delete it, or get a copy, wherever in the United States you live.
1. Who we are
This policy is issued by ConcertDome Inc., a Texas corporation, 12420 Thompkins Dr, Austin, TX 78753 ("ConcertDome," "we," "us," "our"). We run the ConcertDome venues, present the shows, sell the tickets and operate www.concertdome.co. We are the controller of the personal information described here: we decide what is collected and why.
The technology behind our ticketing service is built and hosted by our affiliate TLY Limited, doing business as Concertize, which we require to process information only on our behalf and under our instructions.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers personal information we collect through www.concertdome.co (including the ticketing pages, checkout and your account), the emails we send and your replies, your visits to our venues, and records we hold about ConcertDome ticket buyers from before we brought ticketing in house (section 4). It does not cover other companies' websites we link to, such as our payment processor's.

What we do not collect: biometric information, precise geolocation, government identification numbers, financial account numbers, or information about your race, ethnicity, religion, political views, union membership, immigration status, sex life or sexual orientation. We do not use facial recognition or any biometric identification at our venues.
4. Records from before we sold tickets ourselves
4.1 Until 2026, ConcertDome sold tickets through a third-party ticketing platform. We are moving our customer records from that platform into our own systems. Those records include your email address and name, the ConcertDome shows you bought tickets to and when, and, where the platform held it, your age, gender and date of birth.
4.2 We will use these records to recognize returning customers, to help our support team with past orders, and to group our audience for marketing. We do not use them for decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you. Records showing someone under 13 are never stored, and records showing someone under 18 are excluded from marketing and advertising until their 18th birthday.
4.3 Where the previous platform recorded that you had opted in to hear from ConcertDome, we carry that opt-in across. Where it recorded no opt-in, we may still send you marketing as a past customer (section 7), and you can unsubscribe from marketing with one click.
4.4 Tickets bought through the previous platform are not converted into tickets on our service. If you would rather we did not hold these records, tell us and we will delete them, subject to section 11.
5. How we use information
| Purpose | What it involves |
|---|---|
| Selling you a ticket | Taking your order and payment, calculating and collecting sales tax, issuing tickets, sending your confirmation |
| Getting you into the show | Validating your code at the door and recording that it was used |
| Managing your tickets and credit | Transfers, refunds, credit, changing your email address |
| Signing you in | Sending sign-in links and codes, keeping your session, protecting your account |
| Telling you about your show | Reminders, changes, cancellations, door and timing information (service messages you cannot turn off while you hold a ticket) |
| Support | Answering your messages and keeping a record of them; we may use automated tools to help draft replies |
| After the show | A short thank-you email with a way to give feedback |
| Preventing fraud and abuse | Detecting stolen cards, bots, ticket touting and attempts to get around purchase limits; keeping our systems secure |
| Running our business | Accounting, tax returns, financial reporting, legal and regulatory obligations, establishing and defending claims |
| Improving the service | Understanding which pages work and where checkout fails |
| Marketing | Telling you about upcoming shows, if you have opted in or you have bought from us (section 7) |
| Advertising measurement | Knowing whether an ad led to a ticket sale, and showing our ads to people likely to be interested (section 6) |
| Accessibility | Arranging accessible seating you have asked for |
We do not use your personal information for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not use it to train artificial-intelligence or large language models.
6. Analytics, advertising and what counts as a "sale"
6.1 Analytics and third-party tools. We measure how our site is used with analytics we run ourselves. Our site also uses cookies, tags, pixels, widgets and similar tools provided by third parties, such as our payment processor, advertising and marketing platforms, and providers of reviews, social media and other content we display. These tools may collect information about your device and your activity on our site, such as pages viewed, links clicked, your IP address, browser details and cookie identifiers. The third parties' own use of that information is governed by their privacy policies. We do not use device fingerprinting.
6.2 Advertising and marketing. We advertise and market our shows online, including on platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok, and with other marketing partners. To do that, we and those partners may use the tools described in section 6.1, and we may send them, from our servers, information such as a hashed version of your email address and details of your purchases, so they can measure our advertising, show our ads to you and to people like you, and help us reach new audiences. We receive no money for it.
6.3 This counts as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and as "targeted advertising," under Texas law and several other state privacy laws. The categories involved are identifiers (such as hashed email addresses, IP addresses and cookie identifiers), commercial information (your purchase activity) and internet activity on our site. We do not sell personal information in any other way, and we do not sell or share the personal information of anyone we know to be under 16, or of anyone we know to be under 18 where state law bars it.
6.4 How to opt out. Email team@concertdome.co with the subject line "Opt out of sale" from the address on your account, or send a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser when you check out: we treat that signal as an opt-out for the account you are using. Opting out stops us sending your information to advertising and marketing partners from our servers. It does not switch off the third-party tools on our marketing pages described in section 6.1; you can limit those with your browser's cookie and tracking settings. Opting out does not stop you seeing our ads, and it does not affect your tickets, credit or service emails.
6.5 Do Not Track. Our site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. We honor Global Privacy Control as described above.
6.6 Cookies. We and the third parties in section 6.1 use cookies and similar technologies: those needed to keep you signed in, hold your seats and keep checkout secure; our own analytics; and advertising, marketing and content cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Deleting them signs you out. Blocking them limits the third-party tools on our marketing pages, but does not stop information we send from our servers; use section 6.4 for that.
7. Marketing email
7.1 Service emails are about something you did: your order, tickets, sign-in, a change to your show, a refund. While you hold a ticket or a credit balance we send them, and there is no unsubscribe.
7.2 Marketing emails are about upcoming shows. We send them to people who have opted in and to people who have bought a ticket from us. Click unsubscribe in any marketing email, or contact us, and we stop all marketing to you. We keep a single record of who has unsubscribed and check every send against it.
7.3 Text messages. If we offer text messaging and you opt in, we send recurring automated texts about our shows and your tickets to the number you give us. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase; message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to stop or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number, your opt-in, or your consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. We do not send texts to anyone who has not opted in.
7.4 Our marketing emails include our postal address: ConcertDome Inc., 12420 Thompkins Dr, Austin, TX 78753.
8. Who we share information with
| Who | Why | What they get |
|---|---|---|
| Payment processor (Stripe) | To take payment, issue refunds and screen for card fraud. Stripe also uses transaction data for its own fraud prevention under its privacy policy. | Email, payment details, order amount, billing postal code |
| Email delivery provider | To deliver our emails | Email address and the message |
| Marketing platform | To send marketing email and manage unsubscribes | Email, name, marketing status, and which shows you have been to |
| Hosting and infrastructure providers, including our affiliate TLY Limited d/b/a Concertize, which builds and hosts our ticketing technology | To run the service and store data securely, on our behalf | What is needed to operate the service |
| Advertising and marketing partners (such as Google, Meta and TikTok) | Advertising and marketing (section 6) | A hashed email address, purchase details, and device and activity information collected by tools on our site |
| Providers of content we display (such as review and social media widgets) | To show that content on our site | Device and activity information when the content loads |
| Support and automation tools | To triage and route support messages and internal notifications | Message content, email address and order details |
| Show producers and presenters | Some shows we sell are produced or presented with another company. For those shows we may share, with that company only, what is needed to run that show. We require that company to use it only for that show and not to send you its own marketing unless you opt in to it; where you do opt in, that company's privacy policy governs its marketing, and you can opt out with it or with us. | Name, email address, what you bought, and whether you attended |
| Our operations and accounting systems | To run show operations and our accounts | Order and financial information |
| Professional advisers | Accountants, auditors and lawyers, where needed | Only what is needed |
| Law enforcement, regulators and courts | Where the law requires, to establish or defend legal claims, or to prevent fraud or harm | Only what is required |
| A buyer of our business | If we are acquired, merged or reorganized, information transfers with the business | Whatever transfers |
Everyone in this list who processes information on our behalf is contractually limited to using it to provide their service to us. The advertising platforms and Stripe (for its own fraud prevention) are the exceptions described above.
9. What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information for money.
- We do not sell sensitive personal information or biometric information, and we do not collect biometric information.
- We do not share your information with promoters, artists, labels or sponsors, except as the "show producers" row in section 8 describes.
- We do not buy personal information from data brokers.
- We do not require you to create an account or accept marketing to buy a ticket.
- We do not use your personal information to train artificial-intelligence or large language models.
- We do not re-identify de-identified data, and we require anyone we share de-identified data with to commit to the same.
10. Your privacy rights
10.1 We extend these rights to every resident of the United States, whichever state you live in:
| Right | What it means |
|---|---|
| Access | Confirm whether we process your personal information and get access to it |
| Correct | Correct information that is wrong |
| Delete | Delete personal information you gave us or that we obtained about you (see section 11) |
| Copy | Receive a copy of the information you gave us in a portable, readable format |
| Opt out | Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, of targeted advertising, and of profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects (we do no such profiling) |
| No retaliation | We will not deny you service, charge you a different price or give you a worse experience because you exercised a right |
10.2 How to make a request. Email team@concertdome.co from the address on your account, or message us from your account. We will verify it is you, normally by sending a confirmation to the email address on the account. A parent or guardian may act for a child, and an authorized agent may act for you with your signed permission or a power of attorney; we may still confirm with you directly.
10.3 Timing and cost. We respond within 45 days of receiving a request. Where reasonably necessary we may take up to 45 more days, and we will tell you within the first 45 days. Requests are free, at least twice in any 12 months; we may charge a reasonable fee for, or decline, requests that are clearly unfounded, excessive or repetitive, and we will tell you why.
10.4 Appeals. If we decline a request, you may appeal within 60 days by replying to our decision and saying you are appealing. Someone not involved in the original decision will review it, and we will tell you the outcome in writing within 60 days of receiving the appeal, with our reasons. If we deny your appeal, you may complain to your state attorney general; Texas residents can do so at https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/consumer-protection/file-consumer-complaint, and we will give you that link with our decision.
10.5 State-specific notes.
- California. The categories of personal information we have "sold" or "shared" in the preceding 12 months are identifiers (hashed email addresses, IP addresses and cookie identifiers), commercial information (purchase activity) and internet activity on our site, to advertising and marketing partners, as section 6 describes; you may opt out of our server-side sharing as section 6.4 describes, and limit the third-party tools on our marketing pages with your browser settings; the sections above are our notice at collection. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing unless you opt in to a show producer's marketing (section 8); California residents may ask us once a year which producers received their information for that purpose by emailing team@concertdome.co ("Shine the Light," Civil Code § 1798.83). Our Do Not Track statement is in section 6.5.
- Nevada. Nevada residents may ask us not to sell their covered information by emailing team@concertdome.co; we will respond within 60 days.
- Connecticut. Connecticut residents may ask for the list of specific third parties to whom we have sold their personal information. Our homepage carries a link titled "Privacy" to this policy.
- Colorado, Virginia, Delaware, Oregon, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Utah, Iowa, Nebraska and other states. The rights in section 10.1 are at least those your state's law provides, and the appeal process in section 10.4 applies.
11. Deletion, tickets and credit
11.1 If you hold a ticket to a show that has not yet happened, we cannot delete the record that admits you until the show has passed.
11.2 If you hold ConcertDome credit, deleting your record would mean losing track of a balance we owe you. We will keep the minimal record needed to honor it, or to report it as unclaimed property where the law requires, and delete everything else.
11.3 We may keep information we need to meet a legal obligation, such as tax records, to prevent fraud, or to establish or defend a legal claim. Where we cannot delete something, we will tell you what and why.
12. How long we keep information
The table in section 3 gives the period for each category. When we no longer need information we delete it or remove everything that identifies you, keeping only aggregate figures such as how many tickets a show sold. Marketing opt-outs are kept indefinitely so that we do not contact you again.
13. How we protect information
- No passwords. Our ticketing does not use passwords, so there is no password to steal or reuse. You sign in with a link and a code we email you, which also means your email account is the key to your ConcertDome account: protect it, and tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
- We never hold your card number. Payments go through Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant. We see the card type, the last four digits and a token.
- Encryption in transit and at rest.
- Access controls. Only named members of our team can access customer information, each with specific permissions.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information sent over the internet is completely safe.
14. If there is a breach
If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and any regulator as required by applicable law.
15. Children
Our shows are all ages, so children attend. Buying tickets and holding credit is for adults: you must be 18 to do either. When an adult buys tickets for a family or a group, we collect information about the buyer, not about everyone attending. The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13; if you believe a child under 13 has given us information, email team@concertdome.co and we will delete it.
16. Where we process information
We hold and process personal information in the United States, except that some order and support notifications pass through a workflow service hosted in the European Union. Our service is intended for people in the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States under United States law.
17. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top tells you when it last changed, and we keep prior versions available. If we make a material change to what we collect, why, or who we share it with, we will tell you by email if we have your address, and by notice on our site, before it takes effect.
18. How to contact us
